Vertigo + Sarru Ongoing Directive

The Red Moon exotics together, tested solo on Heroic: Vertigo with the Sarru backpack, four-piece Ongoing Directive and Fox's Prayer kneepads for damage to targets out of cover. Banshee Pulse starts the Ongoing Directive cycle and the Decoy sets up Sarru's Full Moon damage window.
