Pestilence True Patriot

A Pestilence LMG build built on damage-over-time: Plague of the Outcasts ticks reach around 1M while four-piece True Patriot (Patriotic Boost backpack) debuffs enemies. An Equalizer chest with Perfect Obliterate and Overdogs add damage; the Defender Drone takes pressure off.
