Pestilence Negotiator's Dilemma

A multi-target Pestilence build for Heroic: four-piece Negotiator's Dilemma spreads damage to marked enemies, Turmoil kneepads redirect part of your weapon damage to a nearby enemy, and Pestilence's plague transfers when infected enemies die. Overdogs gloves. Shoot one enemy and watch damage land across several.
