Quantum Paradox PfE Striker (No Shield)

A prototype Striker build tanky enough to run Heroic without a shield: Protection from Elites mods on four pieces (an Improvised glove adds the fourth slot), Quantum and Paradox augments, a Memento backpack and Eagle Bearer's Tenacity. Attributes are almost all crit chance or weapon handling. Skills are flexible.
